Carmen Chaplin is a British actress and film director. She is the daughter of Michael Chaplin, and hence also granddaughter of filmmaker Charlie Chaplin and the great-granddaughter of author Eugene O’Neill. Her mother is painter Patricia Betaudier, daughter of Trinidadian artist Patrick Betaudier.
