Robin Riker (born October 2, 1952 in Manhattan, New York) is an American actress and author. A third generation actor, Robin grew up in the theatre; on stage, backstage and selling cookies in the lobby. After deciding to pursue a career in film and television, she moved to Hollywood and landed her first film role in the John Sayles penned cult classic, Alligator. Robin then went on to have starring roles in the prime-time sitcoms Brothers, Shaky Ground, Thunder Alley, The Gregory Hines Show and Get a Life.
