Vera Tschechowa (born 22 July 1940) is a German film actress. She has appeared in more than 50 films since 1957.

Vera Schmidt (born 4 May 1982, Miskolc, Hungary) is a Hungarian pop singer-songwriter who rose to popularity after placing fifth in the Hungarian version of Pop Idol Megasztár. She is a student in Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.
